In short, this means more security.”said Lanús and added: “We said we were going to take charge and we are doing it.” And in reference to the work with the Province, he clarified: “Regardless of our political position, the residents want us to work together. When it comes to improving the lives of the residents, political differences are left aside.”
For its part, Axel Kicillof He noted: “The Neighborhood Approach Force has been giving good results in Greater Buenos Aires, with trained and professionalized agents.” He also highlighted the coordinated work with the Municipality, unlike in previous years. “It was a challenge to be able to work with a district where it was difficult for us to coordinate some actions in the past four years,” said the governor.

Strengthening security in San Isidro is one of the main objectives of the district.
The addition of 16 new patrol cars will be assigned to the Police of the province of Buenos Aires, reinforcing surveillance throughout the district. They are 8 Toyota Hilux trucks and 8 Toyota Etios cars. They are fully equipped with armour, radio, special cameras and beacons.
To strengthen security in La Cava, A base was inaugurated with around 80 agents from the Neighborhood Approach Force (FBA), who will be distributed 20 per shift. This is a new specialty of the Special Forces of the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires, formed and trained to work closely with citizens, to guarantee the resolution of conflicts that may arise among residents.
