What are ANSES Non-Contributory Pensions?
Non-contributory pensions are economic benefits granted to people who were unable to contribute to the social security system, but who need support due to age, disability or a situation of economic vulnerability. These pensions seek to guarantee a minimum level of income for those who do not have access to other forms of pension.
Requirements to access ANSES PNC
The requirements to access the PNC are the following:
- Be naturalized as an Argentine
- In the case of applicants who are minors, the requirement will be proven by the minimum continuous residence in the country of 3 years by their parents or guardians.
- Be under 65 years of age.
- You cannot be receiving a retirement or pension.
- Your family group’s income will only be assessed if you are a minor. In this case, the income of your father, mother or guardian cannot exceed 4 minimum pensions.
- If you live in Santiago del Estero, Santa Cruz, San Luis, La Pampa, Neuquén or Tierra del Fuego, in addition to the CMO you must submit the cadastral report with the stamp of the issuing body in your name (or that of your spouse/partner) or, if you are under 18 years of age, in the name of your parents or guardian.
