The government officialized the creation of the Unique Virtual Registry (RUV)a system that It will allow to register 0km cars remotely in the National Directorate of the National Registries of the Property of the Automotive and Prenar Credits.
This digital system initially will only apply for new vehicleswith the aim of simplifying the process and reduce public spending in the automotive registry offices. In addition, the National Single Registry of the Automotive (RUNA) will enter into force on February 19, 2025facilitating the post purchase process in concessionaires.
