Once very successful, many car manufacturers have disappeared in the past decades. These vehicles are particularly popular – and that happened with the brands.

There are many reasons why a company does not make it. In some cases, the products simply do not arrive, in other cases there are wrong decisions of the leadership days – even if the product is actually good and is passable. Sometimes it is also political influences – the best example is VEB Sachsenring and its trabant.
Many car brands have emerged in the course of the last century. Some remained only for a few years, others survived the entire century. With some brands you still try to revive, others have completely disappeared.
Not every classic car is expensive – but some unaffordable
The fact is: If a manufacturer sets production, the collectors are happy. Because almost every car in this gallery still has lovers who have the inheritance and maintain. For some cars, such as an old Rover or Saab, the entry is even comparatively cheap. Other manufacturers, especially Düsenberg, are more reserved for the well -founded.
