1000 hp? 2000 hp? No problem as long as the price for a super sports car doesn’t matter. An overview.
Anyone who used to play a car quartet in the past will like this comparison: Which cars are currently the fastest and strongest that can be bought for money? A card deck from the nineties would look pretty old for the current cars. If 1000 hp were something very special, the manufacturers outdo the more extreme drives.
The strongest series car in the world
The spearhead forms a vehicle that is still delivered. With the Koenigsegg Gemera, the Swedish brand wants to put the most extreme vehicle so far on the wheels that can be moved on the street with a conventional license plate.
With a combination of electric and V8 drive, the car should bring it to an incredible 2300 hp and press the occupants into the seats with 2750 Newton meters. The first customers can count on cars in 2025, provided that a previously unknown sum was paid in millions.

Unfortunately Koenigsegg turns the driving data a secret. How quickly the floor sprints to 100 km/h and when the speedometer swings the white flag is currently not known. The fact is: this becomes damn fast.
Purists die out
What most vehicles have in common with insane system services is a combination of electrical and combustion engines. Otherwise, it is extremely difficult to achieve the sometimes incredible acceleration.
But with the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 you only get over 1000 hp with gasoline. However, one should not complain about the consumption: even the company boss describes the thirst of the vehicle as “terrible”.
Perhaps this is also the reason why the vehicle is the last hurray of the V8 era for the group. Because the future of Challenger and Charger is electrical.
Electric power
This is not necessarily surprising, because even PS prints (pardon, KW-Protze) can apparently be put on the wheels with a battery. In this overview, there are numerous electric cars that can easily absorb the millions of briefs of the noble brands when it comes to performance-but in terms of sound and emotion, however, never approach the uninhibited roaring of the V or W engines.
