We come from HR, in which we cover everything from time recording to payroll accounting, but are developing into a provider of financial solutions right through to production solutions.” This is how Tarek El-Dabbagh, Head of Human Resources at the software provider Infoniqa from Wels, described his company at the second HR Lounge this year.
Since Infoniqa is growing rapidly, personnel and managerial development is extremely demanding. How 17 offices in five countries should grow together to form a common corporate culture is the concern of the HR manager, who acts at management level. “We need uniform standards to scale our business and we believe that we can learn from each other,” said El-Dabbagh.
HR Lounge founder and Hill International Managing Director Josef Buttinger was able to welcome numerous new members and noted that the HR network is experiencing a generational change and is becoming increasingly female.
More than 50 HR managers enjoyed the mild summer evening and exchanged ideas at “Biofuel” about how companies could still find employees – because practically everyone has needs.
