Since Infoniqa is growing rapidly, personnel and managerial development is extremely demanding. How 17 offices in five countries should grow together to form a common corporate culture is the concern of the HR manager, who acts at management level. “We need uniform standards to scale our business and we believe that we can learn from each other,” said El-Dabbagh.
HR Lounge founder and Hill International Managing Director Josef Buttinger was able to welcome numerous new members and noted that the HR network is experiencing a generational change and is becoming increasingly female.
