Along these lines, he highlighted the joint work with the countries of the region and stressed: “We are the region of water, we are the region of rare minerals and we see developed countries coming to Chile and Bolivia looking for lithium.”

Towards the end of his presentation, he reflected: “In the past we did not have the instruments to be able to carry out these projects, Instruments such as CAF give us the possibility of accessing one of the largest gas reserves“.

“Today is a very important day: 840 million dollars in support from CAF is a very important investment instrument for development,” he concluded.
