With a total of 15 group companies, the HABAU GROUP is not only one of the four largest construction companies in Austria, but also one of the top training companies in the country. The group with roots in Upper Austria currently offers around 160 apprentices the opportunity to develop their own development potential. Around 45 apprentices are added every year.
“Our apprentices are particularly important to us – they are the next generation in the construction industry. The range of apprenticeships is diverse: from building construction, civil engineering and concrete construction to electrical engineering and information technology to metal technology and many more. The HABAU GROUP offers a total of 160 apprentices from the 1st to the 4th year of training at various locations the opportunity to develop their own development potential over short distances. The construction group attaches great importance to the individual support of the apprentices and offers numerous opportunities to promote talent and to help shape the future of the HABAU GROUP. “Our apprentice experts act as a link between the apprentices and the company.
