Forster takes care of production, technology, investments and planning, the company announced on Monday. The 53-year-old Forster is not only responsible for the main plant in Attnang-Puchheim, but also for the production sites in Bad Gastein and Tenneck. The Upper Austrian has been with Spitz for two years.
Günther Hofer (Finance & IT) has been a member of the management board since 2021, Harald Doppler most recently joined as the person responsible for product development, marketing and customer service (CCO). The background to the expansion is the future-proof structure in order to lead the company into the future in an agile manner.
The Spitz Group, based in Attnang-Puchheim, is one of the largest food producers in Austria and sells the brands Spitz, Gasteiner Mineralwasser, Auer, Blaschke, GOAL and Honigmayr, among others.
