In this strategy, the company communicates the closure of the branch to the workers during the hours of attention to the public.
While the public circulates through the gondolas and makes their purchases, the workers are summoned by human resources managers and they are offered relocation or the corresponding compensation. When closing time arrives, the blinds are lowered and neither the employees nor the Commerce union can put any type of endurance.
