Accountants request extension for Profits and Personal Assets

Next week, other obligations expire that prevent compliance in a timely manner with those declarations.

Next week the maturities of the Affidavits of Earnings and Personal Assets 2022 for individuals and undivided estates, the week in which other due dates of obligations converge that prevent compliance with those declarations in a timely manner. For this reason the accountants have requested an extension to the AFIP until the end of June.

The Federation of Professional Councils of Economic Sciencesrepresenting the 24 Councils of the country, which was joined, reiterating the request, by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of CABA, addressed the federal administrator of the AFIP, Carlos Castagneto, raising a request for the postponement of maturities in reason for the difficulties faced by registered professionals “due to the multiplicity of maturities that operate in a short period of 6 business days.”

As proof of this, they detail that from June 9 to 13, the Digital Salary Book, Form 931 Employers Social Charges Fiscal Period 05/2023, SIRE P. Fiscal 05/2023 and SICORE Fiscal Period 05/2023 expire. Likewise, in the same month Personal Assets – Shares and Company Participations (12 to 14), Gross Income – Local Taxpayers Fiscal Period 05/2023 (12 to 16) and DDJJ Legal Profits (13 to 15) are added.

Both institutions agree to request a deferral or extension of the deadlines for the presentation and payment of sworn statements for a term of 15 days, more precisely for the last week of June, considering that in this way the collection of the month would not be harmed since At the same time, it would decompress the professional work and the better compliance of the taxpayers.
