The decree #378/23for its part, establishes an exceptional and transitory countervalue for the settlement of foreign currency, establishing that the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic will establish the mechanisms so that the subjects that, within the framework of adherence to the provisions of Chapter II of Decree No. º 194/23, for the goods included therein, liquidate the currencies, inclusive, including the cases of pre-financing and/or post-financing of foreign exports or an advance payment, perfect said operation at THREE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ($340) for each dollar US.
