The Government seeks to maintain the flow of grain exports without interruptions going forward and, to this end, a sectoral negotiating table was established to prevent inconveniences.
The Transportation Management Secretariat created a negotiating table intended to address any issue, such as trade union conflicts, among others, that may affect the normal development of the automotive transport of loads of cereals, oilseedsrelated products, by-products and derivatives.

The measure was agreed on May 3 in the framework of a meeting between the business chambers of motor transport of charges, who agreed on the need to set up a dialogue table in the face of conflicts with shippers and carriers.


Consequently, it was arranged, through the Resolution 48/2023published this Monday in the Official Gazette, the creation of the Conflict Resolution Working Group for the automotive cargo transport service of National Jurisdiction for the purpose of treating any matter that affects the normal performance of the activity of transportation and sale of grains abroad.
The table will be made up of:
- Representatives of the Federation of Argentine Transporters (FETRA); the Argentine Confederation of Automotive Freight Transport (CATAC); of the Argentine Federation of Business Entities of Cargo Transportation (FADEEAC); and the Argentine Federation of Entities of Transport and logistics (FAETYL).
- representatives of the Argentine Agrarian Federation (FAA); Limited Intercooperative Agricultural Confederation (CONINAGRO); Argentine Rural Society (SRA), Argentine Rural Confederations (CRA); Federation of Grain Collectors Trade Centers and Entities (FCEGAC) and Chamber of the Oil Industry of the Argentine Republic (CIARA).
- representatives of the Undersecretary of Automotive Transport and the National Directorate of Automotive Freight Transport.
- It may be invited according to the topics to be discussed other public or private organizationsboth nationally and provincially.
At each meeting that is held, a circumstantial minute of all what was done at the tablewhich will be signed by all attendees.
