If they work, Commercial Employees will receive double payment because the date is on the same scale as a national holiday.
The Labor Contract Law stipulates that those who work “will receive the normal remuneration for working days plus an equal amount.”
Commercial Employees: salary increase in September
Within the framework of the joint salary review, in September the last tranche of the 27% increase that the commercial union achieved in July will be activated.
The increase was divided as follows: 7.5% in July, 7.5 in August, 7.5% in September and the 4.5% recovery from the previous quarter was added.
Salaries will increase 7.5% and 1% must be added for each year worked.
Bonus for Commercial Employees: how much is it and when is it paid?
In addition to what was agreed in the joint negotiations, the Commercial Employees will collect the $60,000 bonus that the Government provided after the PASO elections.
