VAT REFUND FOR THE BASIC BASKET
- Buy Without VAT, the program that returns 21% of the VAT on Basic Basket products to millions of Argentinians.
- To the retirees and AUH beneficiaries who today receive a refund of up to $18,800 per month, there are also all monotributistas, employees in a dependency relationship with incomes of up to 6 minimum wages and Workers of the Private Home Personnel Regime.
- The food reinforcement of the PAMI beneficiary program is increased to 15,000 pesos per month for almost 3 million people, and starting Monday, workers will have a credit program of up to 400,000 pesos.
ELIMINATION OF INCOME TAX FOR WORKERS AND RETIREES
- Modifications to the Income Tax: workers and retirees will no longer pay the fourth category Income Tax.
- Only managers and directors who earn more than 1,770,000 pesos will pay the tax. Measures of the Ministry of Economy.
- The modification promoted by Massa implies that only the highest incomes greater than 15 monthly Minimum Vital and Mobile Wages will be covered by the tax, that is, management, directors of companies, qualified positions, retirements and privilege pensions and political positions (Secretaries of State onwards).

NEW EDUCATIONAL FINANCING BILL

REINFORCEMENT FOR WORKERS IN PRIVATE HOUSES
- A one-time reinforcement of $25,000 will be granted in two monthly installments, proportional to the hours worked.

FAMILY CREDIT PROGRAM
- A family credit program was announced at a subsidized rate through ANSES, which consists of a line of credit for workers of up to $400,000 in 24, 36, or 48 installments.
- Fees may not exceed 30% of monthly income and funds will be deposited to a bank credit card within 5 business days.
- The interest rate equivalent to 50% of the current bank financing rate. There will be 3 months of grace and discount on salary receipt.
TAX RELIEF FOR MONOTRIBUTISTS AND PRODUCTIVE MONOTRIBUTE
- The implementation of the Productive Monotribute was announced, which lowers the cost of the monthly fee and promotes the formalization of independent workers.
- For categories A, B, C and D of the Monotributo we are going to promote the deferral of the payment of the tax component for 6 months. Loans of up to $4,000,000 (depending on the category) were also announced at an interest rate equivalent to 50% of the market rate and up to 24 installments.
EXPANSION OF THE CREDIT LINE CREATE
- It was decided to expand the credit line and increase the rate bonus for the CREATE line.
- Also, promote a single financial file, to improve access to credit for SMEs so that they continue producing and generating employment. Likewise, a line of credit of USD 770 million was announced for the pre-financing of exports.
REINFORCEMENT IN THE FOOD CARD AND IN THE PLANS TO PROMOTE WORK
- The Alimentar Card will have a one-time reinforcement in two monthly installments based on the number of children in the family. In this way, families with one child will receive $10,000; with two children $17,000; and with three children $23,000.
- Increases the amount of the card by 30% after the additional reinforcement to benefit 2.4 million people.

- This measure will benefit 1.3 million people who participate in this plan that seeks to promote social inclusion.
