It is a day to generate spaces for the exchange of knowledge, raise questions and promote alternatives with a view to future challenges in environmental, economic and social matters for the viticulture of our country, explained from WofA.

The meeting will have different modules that will address various topics: situation of sustainability at a global level; business purpose as a market differential and the new role of companies; and sustainable finance.
Key concepts for the sector will also be analyzed: agro-ecology, optimal fertilization methods in organic viticulture and disease control, among other relevant topics.
National and international leaders will participate who will contribute their vision to the mosaic of sustainable views: Jean-Philippe Roby; Tom Owtram; Pedro Tarak and Cecilia Acuña, joined by winery representatives who will present the challenges and learnings from their experience in the transition to a more sustainable model.
It is aimed mainly at professionals in oenology and agronomy, those responsible for the sustainability area of wineries and companies, students of agricultural sciences and related careers, and the general public who wish to acquire or deepen their knowledge on the subject.
The “Sustenta-Vitis” forum is part of the comprehensive sustainability program for Argentine Wine that bears the same name, developed by WofA since the beginning of 2023 and made possible by AL-INVEST Verde with financing from the European Union, together with its European partner Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
