Thus, In the accumulated ten months of the year, 394,709 units were patented, 11.4% more than in the same period of 2022, in which 354,475 vehicles had been registered.
Sebastián Beato, president of ACARAhighlighted that “the October numbers are very good, with year-on-year growth and in consecutive months, which give continuity to this inertia of market growth, beyond everything.”
What’s coming for the automotive market
He noted that in recent weeks There has been a strong presence of exchange and political issues. However, nothing stopped the demand from people who know that if they choose from the available models they can take advantage of the opportunities presented to them.
But he emphasizes that “the most important thing is that the market will continue up”. And he assured that the Association released a study a few days ago that shows that there is still a large unsatisfied demand, so they are optimistic for what is to come.
Beato anticipated that once the electoral contest is over and we move to a scenario of greater stability, if the pending issues are aligned, “We can think of a next year with a growing market that could reach 500,000 units“, concluded Beato.
