Through the Provision 354/2023published this Friday in the Official bulletinof the National Directorate of National Registries of Automotive Property and Pledge Credits (DNRNPACP) it was established that, starting November 13, 2023the Sectional Records They may only use “digital payment systems or platforms for the collection of all fees” established in Resolution MJ and DH No. 314/2002 and its amendments.

Specifically, the provision establishes that Sectional Registries may use the following payment methods:


- Debit cards
- Immediate transfers 3.0
- Interoperable QR
- Direct debits
- Debin Debits
- Electronic wallets
Likewise, the official text dictates that these means of payment must be previously approved by the IT Services Department of the DRNNPAP.
The provision is justified by the need to facilitate the payment of registration fees to users, as well as to reduce the circulation of cash and will come into effect, as mentioned above, as of next November 13.
