Article 1 of the resolution modifies article 5 of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 463/2023, which established the loanable amount of credits for working people contributing to SIPA at $400,000. The resolution increases that amount to $1,000,000, maintaining the annual nominal interest rate (TNA) of 50% for all amortization periods.
