This Tuesday, the Government ordered two modifications to the credits of the Budget 2023 destined for the ministries of Social and Health Development by around US$69,000 million and they will be compensated with cuts of amounts of the same magnitude, so they do not affect the fiscal result, both primary and financial.

The reassignments were formalized through the administrative decisions of the Chief of Staff 886/2023 and 887/2023published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette.


Through the first measure, $36 billion were granted to finance food policies and comprehensive community approach actions, which are compensated with cuts of the same amount in social aid to individuals and family allowances.
Meanwhile, in the second rule, a increase of about $33,000 million in loans from the Ministry of Healthto finance social aid to individuals and family allowances within the framework of the National Program to Strengthen Health Teams for Quality and Safety (Fescas).
These expenses are offset by cuts in transfers to the private sector to finance current expenses.within the jurisdiction of Obligations in Charge of the Treasury.
