The Oberbank expands its board from four to five members. The Supervisory Board appointed Romana Thiem as a board member at the beginning of October 2024, as was announced today, Thursday. She will be responsible for private customer business and private banking on the committee and will therefore take over the agendas of Martin Seiter, who will work together with him in the future Oberbank-Boss Franz Gasselsberger will concentrate on the corporate customer business.
With Thiem’s arrival, the committee again has three sales directors, the broadcast continued. Thiem is a qualified lawyer and has been working for the company since 2005. A year ago, Isabella Lehner became the first woman to join the Oberbank board.
