Private Security signed a joint agreement with an increase of 73%

The Private Security Personal Union of the Argentine Republic (UPSRA) signed a joint agreement with the business chamber of the sector that establishes a salary increase of 73% in three tranches until May.

The agreement benefits the private security workers grouped in that union entity and replicates what was announced days ago by the interior unions grouped in the Argentine Federation of Private Security Workers (FATRASEP) and the SUVICO of Córdoba.

With the agreed increase, the gross salary in the witness category, general supervisor witness in The first section becomes 635 thousand gross pesos, including travel expenses, remuneration figures and various additional amounts, while in section 2, in April, it will be 742 thousand, and in the third, 840 thousand.

The Vacation Additional will be 4,720 pesos in March, 6,960 in April and 8,760 in May.

The agreement will come into force once it receives approval from the Ministry of Labor.

According to UPSRA, the increase “manages to make up for the lost salary loss.”

The 73% salary increase and the increase in the Vacation Additional correspond to workers who work in the following categories: general security guard, security guard, unarmed security guard, security guard with escort, motorized security guard, parking security guard, shopping center security guard, sporting event security guard and public shows, banks and financial institutions, airports and ports, hospitals and clinics, schools and universities, condominiums, countries and private neighborhoods.
