Through General Resolution 6/2024 issued by the Arbitration Commission of the Multilateral Agreement and due to technical problems in the use of the SSIFREEWEB systemthe deadline for the presentation of the presentations of the sworn declarations and the payments of the advance payment 2/2024 of the I was extendedgross receipts tax-Multilateral Agreement (SIFERE), whose expirations occurred on March 18, 19 and 20, 2024, until March 22 of that year.
The resolution
- Ratifies Presidential Provision No. 3/2024: This provision established that the presentations of the sworn declarations and payments of the advance payment 2/2024 of the Tax on Gross Income-Multilateral Agreement (SIFERE), whose maturities operated between March 18 and 20, 2024, are considered made in due time until on March 22, 2024. This was due to technical inconveniences in the SIFERAWEB System.
- Orders the publication of the resolution: The resolution must be published for one day in the Official Gazette of the Nation.
- Provides notification to the participating jurisdictions: Jurisdictions adhering to the Multilateral Agreement must be notified of the resolution.
In other words, the resolution extends the deadline to submit the sworn declarations and pay the advance payment 2/2024 of the Tax on Gross Income-Multilateral Agreement until March 22, 2024, due to technical problems in the SIFERAWEB System.
