The Government authorized a 100% increase in the value of transportation rates tolls on the highways linking the North and the West of the province of Buenos Aires with the City, with which the pass will be between $200 and $3,000 depending on the category of the vehicle and whether or not it is rush hour.

In this way, the cost of the toll for category 2 (cars) would increase to $600 in peak hours and $500 in non-peak hours. In the case of the motorcycles It will be $200 and $300, respectively.
Tolls increase: new rates in North and West Access from May 18
From new tariff scheme that the Government will apply, the toll values in North Access (Panamericana) and West are:
- Motorcycles: $200 (and $300 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with up to 2 axles and up to 2.10 meters high: $500 (and $600 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with up to 2 axles and more than 2.10 meters high or double wheel: $1000 (and $1200 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with 3 or 4 axles and up to 2.10 meters high: $1000 (and $1200 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with 3 or 4 axles and more than 2.10 meters high or double wheel: $1500 (and $1800 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with 5 or 6 axles: $2000 (and $2400 during rush hour)
- Vehicles with more than 6 axles: $2500 (and $3000 during rush hour)
They are considered peak hours Monday to Friday in both directions from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Meanwhile, for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11:00 to 15:00 in the direction of the province of Buenos Aires and from 17:00 to 21:00 in the direction of CABA.
