The objective of Provision 523/2024 of the PNA, according to the official text, is to update the tariffs for “Third Party Services” to adjust them to inflation. This update is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the INDEC.
The text also indicates that this update has been reviewed and approved by various relevant directorates and divisions within the Naval Prefecture, and that reasons of opportunity, merit and convenience have been taken into account to adjust the values in accordance with the CPI.
Finally, the modification of the values in the tariff scheme is provided, instructing the different directorates and departments to update and communicate the new tariff values in their respective systems and platforms, and to publish this provision in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic.
