Through Provision 172/2024 of the Ministry of Economy and the Undersecretary of Consumer Defense and Commercial Loyalty, the creation of the Permanent Advisory Council for Consumer Defenser.
This Council will have the objective of advising the competent authorities on consumer protection, in order to promote the improvement and increase of consumer and user protection standards throughout the Argentine territory.
