In turn, members may designate an alternate holder and a substitute to represent them, the regulations clarify.
The changes suffered by the Trust Fund for Social Housing
The FFVS operated previously, years ago, in the area of the then Secretariat of Housing and Habitat of the then Ministry of the Interior, Public Works and Housing, “with the aim of financing current social housing and basic infrastructure programs, with public, private and international, multilateral or trilateral organization funds.” This portfolio controlled the formation and functions of the Council.

Who will be the new owners of the FFVS?
According to the resolution, the Presidency of the Board of Directors of the Trust Fund for Social Housing will be exercised by the head of the Undersecretariat of Habitat and Housing and the Vice Presidency, by the head of the Secretariat of Territorial Development, Habitat and Housing. They are: Sebastian Sanchez Sorondo and Rodrigo Aybar Perlenderrespectively.
