Through Resolution 542/2024 of the Ministry of Economy The creation of the Commission for the Evaluation, Coordination and Monitoring of Price Redetermination Processes, under the jurisdiction of the same portfolio in charge of Luis Andres Caputo.

Creation of the Commission
A commission is created with the character of “ad hoc“in the Ministry of Economy to coordinate and unify the working criteria in price redetermination processes.
The commission will be made up of four permanent members and non-permanent members as necessary.
Functions of the commission
- Coordinate and unify work criteria within the Ministry and decentralized agencies.
- Raise procedures for approval by the Minister of Economy.
- Issue technical reports on price redetermination processes.
- Assist the Minister in matters relating to price redetermination.
- Monitor and control price redeterminations.
Structure and procedures
The commission will be chaired by the head of the Legal and Administrative Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and will not generate a new organizational structure or additional budgetary expenditures.
The reports shall be signed by the chairman of the committee and the competent official.
Validity: The resolution will enter into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
