The measure was published in the Official Gazette through Resolution 5530. It applies a 0% export rate for a series of articles and products.
The resolution does not affect all products.
Through General Resolution 5530 of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP), published in the Official bulletinthis Monday export controls for some products were relaxed.

- Deletes export reference values for a wide range of products. These values were used as a control tool to prevent under-invoicing of exports.
- Repeals several previous general resolutions which had established reference values for specific products.
- It establishes that exports of the affected products They will now be managed through the usual selectivity channels, according to General Resolution No. 1,921.

The official text recalls that the resolution comes into force upon its publication in the BO.


Some important points to highlight:
- The elimination of reference values is due to a series of decrees have set a 0% export rate for many of the affected products. This means that there is no longer any need to use reference values to prevent under-invoicing.
