According to a resolution published in the Official Gazette, since July all benefits, including pensions, have been updated based on inflation, which exceeded 4% last month.
The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) confirmed how much will be charged for the family’s asignations from August. He did so through the Resolution 389/2024 published in the Official Gazette.
Since July, all benefits including retirements are updated based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) measured by the INDECIn this regard, all family allowances will be increased by 4.58%, which will impact the limits and ranges of family income and amounts.
ANSES: who can collect family allowances
- Employees in a dependent relationship in public and private sectors
- Beneficiaries of the Law on Occupational Hazards
- Those who collect unemployment insurance
- People registered and contributing to the Simplified Regime for Small Taxpayers
- Beneficiaries of the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA)
- Those who are enrolled in the non-contributory pension scheme for disability and the Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM)
- Beneficiaries of Pregnancy Allowance
- Beneficiaries of Universal Child Allowance (AUH).
ANSES: who is excluded from receiving family allowances
The perception of a income greater than $1,660,759 by one of the members of the family group, excludes said group from receiving family allowanceseven if the sum of their income does not exceed the maximum income limit established in the annexes hereto.
