I – Moritz Riedesser* – have wanted to own a property since I was 20 years old. But I always had the feeling that I would never be able to afford it. I worked as a fitness trainer until a few years ago and then started an apprenticeship at a savings bank. Even though I had dreamed of owning my own apartment back then, it always seemed unattainable and only something for people with a lot of savings. In 2020, I changed my job and started working in the financial sector for an online broker. That’s why I still had no idea about the real estate market.
