What the Central Bank said about torn or damaged dollar bills

This benefit is related to the money laundering program offered until September 30, which allows savers to deposit $100,000 in a bank account at no cost. The time to deposit the bills in the accounts is extended until December 31, 2024, after which the BCRA will send them to the United States for replacement.
