The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) corrected “an error in calculation” in an amount for a particular family allowance.
The Resolution 484/2024 The report published in the Official Gazette on Friday states that “an error was detected in the calculation of the family allowance for a child with a disability in a specific income range and a specific geographic area.”
Key points of the standard
- Increase in Family Allowances: A 4.58% increase was established in the income limits and the amounts of family allowances in accordance with Law No. 24,714. This adjustment will apply from August 2024.
- Error in Assignment: An error was detected in the amount of the Family Allowance for a Child with a Disability for a specific range. The correct amount is $263,469.
- Correction of the error: it was therefore decided to rectify the error by replacing Annex I of the original resolution with a new one containing the corrected amount.
