Mr. Dümmel, you sell almost everything from grills to vacuum cleaners to wellness products. Did you always know that you have a talent for sales?
No, I had no idea until my training. But in the first week there we had a training course on sales psychology that I found fascinating. For example, we learned that you should never give customers free choice, but rather offer them concrete options straight away. That sounds simple, but it can be applied to many situations in life.
