An icon of boutique hospitality reopens in Palermo

Vain is back, bigger, but just as comfortable. New, but maintaining the perfect balance between the belle époque of Buenos Aires and modern comfort and design. Vain Boutique Hotel reopens its doors in the Palermo neighborhood, offering a unique experience that combines history, modernity, comfort and convenience in the city of Buenos Aires.

A haven of comfort and style

With 34 rooms distributed in Standard, Superior, Senior, Suite and connecting rooms categories, ideal for families, friends, couples and business travellers, Vain Boutique Hotel is distinguished by its attention to detail and personalized service. Guests can enjoy the Sky Bar on the 8th floor, with capacity for 30 people, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a panoramic view of the city. The splash pool and solarium complement the wellness offer, providing a perfect space for relaxation.

The hotel also offers ideal facilities for those travelling on business. The bar, as a work space, is ideal for enjoying a super comfortable day.

With a strategic location, this hotel is positioned as a favorite for corporate travelers. Close to the main points of the city, such as La Rural, the scientific-technological center and other areas of interest. It is also close to the main avenues and accesses of the city and 20 minutes from the airport.

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast between 7am and 11am in its cosy bar, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available. For those who prefer an early start, early breakfast is available upon reservation.

Architecture and Design

Vain Boutique Hotel harmonizes the history of Buenos Aires with a contemporary touch. The building’s façade maintains the charm of a Rioplatense house from the beginning of the 20th century, while the recent extension, with its 21st century technology, rises to a volume of eight floors. This combination, far from being a contradiction, represents the evolution and

adaptability that defines the hotel as the ideal destination for those visiting the city whether for leisure or business.

The new construction does not compete, nor does it try to blend in with the existing one; it is the technological expression of the 21st century in harmony with that of the last century, because it is based on the same compositional and constructive principles as in the last century.

Few houses from the beginning of the last century have survived the urban development of the city; the hotel and the complex made up of the four adjoining houses are protected as historical heritage of Buenos Aires.

An Invitation to Vanity

At Vain, the concept of vanity refers to the feeling of the transience of existence, and makes it possible to maintain high self-esteem, highlighting inner beauty and projecting it to others, with humility. It is a celebration of individuality and personal well-being. The hotel invites guests to embrace their own beauty, to accept and be grateful for what makes them unique. Vanity is a tool for personal growth, a humble and grandiose recognition of what we all are.

An amalgamation of the historic and the contemporary, with references to the first buildings in Palermo and cutting-edge construction resources, with the intention of making the character and personality of the hotel, its vanity, endure.
