The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) made official the update and regulation of the regimee Family Allowances. He did it through Resolution 840/2024 published this Friday in the Official Gazette
This specific resolution updates and increases the amount of family allowances. This means that families who receive these financial aid will receive an increase in the money they receive each month. Additionally, it adjusts income limits to determine which families are eligible for these allowances.
The ANSES Resolution indicates that an increase in the 4.17% on the amounts, limits and income ranges for Family Allowances. This adjustment will be implemented in October 2024, and when the adjustment result includes decimals, it will be rounded up to the next whole number.
The detail of the standard
- Increase: family allowances are going to be higher from October 2024. Due to inflation, the purchasing power of money decreases over time. This resolution adjusts the amount of family allowances so that families “can continue to maintain their standard of living.”
- Limits update: The maximum income that a family can have to continue collecting these allowances will also increase.
- More beneficiaries: With these changes, more families will be able to access this benefit or receive a larger amount.
