And he added: “A lot of work ahead, to prepare an event as demanding, sophisticated and prestigious as this one, which requires a series of evaluations and multiple requirements.”
According to sources close to Scioli, the idea of the return of Formula 1 is planned for the 2027 season and would only be at the Autódromo Oscar y Juan Gálvez. It is also estimated that an investment of 30 million dollars would be made to condition the entire complex.
The last time the Argentine Grand Prix was held was 26 years ago, when on April 12, 1998 the test was held in the traditional Buenos Aires venue, where the German Michael Schumacher won at the helm of a Ferrari.
