The authorities confirmed the discovery of another lifeless body, still unidentified, among the remains of the collapse that occurred last Tuesday in Villa Gesell and the number of fatal victims of the tragedy amounts to three people, including Federico César Ciocchini and María Rosa Stefanic, the former owner of the hotel. After this, the building owners added a technical report about some preparatory tasks for an elevator that they intended to install in the reception area (next to the public road, which is not part of the current collapsed structure), as well as the request for authorization for the construction of a passageway partition for this intended elevator.
In another file, they also requested pre-feasibility for the installation of said elevator, an act that the Municipality resolves by letting them know on October 15 of this month of the need to formally present the documentation corresponding to this elevator work. At this time, although it is not possible to speak exactly about the details of the collapse, it can be stated that in the collapsed part (the rear part) the structure had been modified illegally and irregularly, without due authorization from the municipality. .
