A new documentary about the Beatles from the producer Martin Scorsese and the director David Tedeschi will come to Disney+ next month.
The film, titled Beatles ’64, will arrive exclusively on the streaming platform on Friday, November 29as announced today (October 14).
According to an official description, the upcoming documentary “captures the electrifying moment of the Beatles’ first visit to the United States” more than 60 years ago.

Beatles ’64 is directed by David Tedeschi and produced by Martin Scorsese, Margaret Bodde, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Harrison’s widow, Olivia Harrison, John Lennon’s son, Sean Ono Lennon, Jonathan Clyde (Get Back) and Mikaela Beardsley. Jeff Jones and Rick Yorn serve as executive producers.
The film includes unpublished images filmed by the documentary filmmakers Albert and David Mayslesrestored in 4K by Park Road Post in New Zealand. Live performances from the Beatles’ debut US concert at the Washington DC Coliseum and their appearances on Ed Sullivan were unmixed by WingNut Films and remixed by Giles Martin.
Besides, Viewers will see newly filmed interviews with McCartney and Starras well as with fans whose lives were transformed by the Fab Four.
