The Supreme Court of Justice received in 2023 a total of 606 complaints from women for domestic violencean average of two complaints per day.

Another of the data that was detailed was that the average time of connection with the accused was 10 years. Furthermore, the average time of abuse by those reported was 8 yearsthe minimum was 1 month and the maximum was 55 years.

88% of the complainants I had not made presentations prior regarding this type of events, and the 64% went to the Domestic Violence Office to report other acts of violence. The average age of these women was 36 years; the maximum, 73.

Of the 606 complainants, 114 were victims of reproductive violence, 34 were victims of sexual violence with chemical submission and 35 reported acts of sexual violence in the form of digital violence.

He 93% reported acts of sexual violence with bodily contact (71% with penetration and 22% touching), while the 84% had a relationship with a partner or ex-partner with those reported at the time of the events. In turn, 74% stated that there was more than one episode of violence and 57% reported that the events occurred in the shared home.

On the other hand, 278 (46%) were internal or external migrants; 30 had some type of disability; 29 belonged to indigenous peoples, and 8 were of African descent.

Following these presentations, the Domestic Violence Office treated 102 of the women who had reported sexual violence and confirmed injuries in 34% of the cases. In 41%, the events had occurred within 72 hours prior to the complaint.
