Banco Provincia launched the December discounts and promotions for your digital wallet, DNI account. With discounts for butcher shops, universities, neighborhood businesses and other items, discounts in supermarkets will also be doubled for the month of the Holidays.
Some of these benefits are very useful for this time, as is the case of discounts on gastronomywhich is ideal for saving money on weekend outings.
DNI account: the discount on gastronomy
This month, digital wallet holders will get a 30% discount every Saturday and Sunday in participating storeswith a weekly limit of $5,000 per person, which is reached with a limit of $16,600. This is valid for the items of ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and fast food; but does not apply to payments with credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago QR or other wallets, with the “Transfer” or “Money Send” function.

Butcher shops, farms and fishmongers: 35% discount every Saturday in participating stores, with a weekly limit of $6,000 per person, which is reached with $17,150 in consumption.
Nearby shops: 20% discount from Monday to Friday, with a monthly limit of $6,000 per person. It is reached with $30,000 in consumption.
People over 60 years of age: 30% discount from Monday to Friday in local businesses affiliated with the DNI Account. Monthly limit of $7,000 per person that is reached with $23,330 in consumption.
Supermarkets: 25% discount on purchases at participating supermarkets during the Monday December 23 and 30. This benefit comes with a novelty: to improve the purchasing capacity of Buenos Aires residents on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, this month the limit of $10,000 will be per day. So people who use this promo on both days will be able to save up to $20,000 pesos.
Fairs, markets and events: 40% discount every day, with a weekly limit of $4,000. The limit is reached with $10,000 in consumption.
Pet shops and veterinarians: 40% discount every day in December, with a limit of $4,000 per week per person, which is reached with $10,000 in consumption.
Special universities: 40% savings every day in participating businesses of Buenos Aires universities, with a weekly limit of $4,000 per person. It is reached with $10,000 in consumption.
Young people from 13 to 17 years old: Up to $3,000 reimbursement per month on transportation and cell phone recharges.
