BCRA increased the limit for entering foreign currency from abroad

Through Communication A 8153, the entity chaired by Santiago Bausili made flexible for the second time the amount excepted from the liquidation of exports of services of resident human persons.

The Government took another step in relaxation of the stocks to promote the entry of dollars through formal means. This Thursday the Central Bank (BCRA) once again increased the limit to charge in dollars for the export of services, and took it from US$24,000 to US$36,000 per year without obligation to settle them in the official exchange market.

This way, An average of US$3,000 per month could be kept unsettled.

Through the Communication A 8153the entity that presides Santiago Bausili made the second flexibility of the amount excepted from the liquidation of exports of services of resident human persons.

The decision comes two weeks after the BCRA would report a flexibility of deadlines for exporters to enter dollars into the country. On November 28, the entity had decided to extend the period to settle the debts from five to 20 business days. exports of goods and services in the official exchange market as long as it does not exceed the deadlines of the tariff position.
