What will ensure good job prospects in 2025 – and what bad ones
Will 2025 be a good year for career and salary? A job survey shows what problems employees see themselves and what developments they expect opportunities from.
Will 2025 bring the hoped-for career advancement or unemployment? What do wars and crises mean for my job prospects? And does artificial intelligence make my work easier – or unfortunately unnecessary? The recruiting platform Softgarden surveyed 4,500 people in Germany about these topics who applied for a new job around the turn of the year. The answers are surprisingly positive.
