The Verdi service union plans to paralyze local public transport in six federal states on Friday with an all -day warning strike of the employees. The second round of collective bargaining for the nationwide over 2.5 million employees in the public service of the federal and municipalities had ended on Tuesday without a noticeable approach. The negotiations will continue in Potsdam from March 14 to 16. So far, employers have not submitted an offer. The unions demand eight percent more wages, but at least an increase of 350 euros per month.
