The decree formalizes salary increases and adjustments in public sector remuneration, guaranteeing its application within the current legal framework.
The government officialized the approval of a salary agreement reached with the unions of the National Public Administration. He Decree 112/2025 It establishes salary increases for permanent and non -permanent personnel, with 1.5 % increases since January 2025 and 1.2 % since February 2025.
It also sets the amounts of various compensation and per diem, as well as remuneration for national medical residents. In addition, it confirms the competence of the Ministry of Human Capital in the collective bargaining of the public sector and details provisions on salary stops and non -bonus sums.
Details of the regulations
- A salary increase for permanent and non -permanent personnel of the National Public Administration is established.
- The increase is 1.50% as of January 1, 2025 and 1.20% as of February 1, 2025.
- The increase is applied to monthly, normal, regular, regular and permanent remuneration in force as of December 31, 2024 and January 31, 2025, respectively.
Exceptions
- The increase does not apply to the supplement by executive function of the National Public Employment System (SINEP).
- Nor does it apply to the non -bonus monthly remunerative sums arranged in Decree No. 56 of January 13, 2020.

Health residents
- The new remuneration of national resident professionals who perform in hospitals and institutes dependent on the Ministry of Health and at the Samic Pediatrics Hospital “Professor Dr. Juan P. Garrahan” are set.
The annex of the decree that establishes the amount of scholarship allocations for these residents is also replaced.
