Uncomplicated arrival beats nature and price on vacation

A survey by the ADAC shows wishes and plans of German vacationers.

Anyone who went on a vacation trip last year often attached importance to an uncomplicated, planned journey. In a recent study by the ADAC, 74 percent named them as an important decision criterion when booking. In second place, intact nature and high -quality achievements were followed by 58 or 52 percent. The fact that the vacation is “cost -optimized” or cheap wished 48 percent, that was sixth place behind internet/mobile communications and the payment terms.

Multiple nions were allowed on the question that was only asked people who icy at least five days. That was 58 percent of the 5000 respondents. The fact that the journey was so often mentioned as an important criterion could also have to do with the travel managers of the past year: Every fifth traveler reported that travel disorders influenced their vacation plans last year.

Even if it brought an intact nature to second place on the criteria, the topic of sustainability only plays a subordinate role. Only one fifth of all respondents said it was likely or very likely that they were willing to pay for an additional charge.
