Like Göring once: Villa from Hitler confident is for sale
A special property is for sale on Sylt. She once belonged to the Hitler confidante and war criminal Hermann Göring. Today it costs over twelve million.
It is a house with a moving story for which a new buyer is looking for on Sylt: According to the monument database Schleswig-Holstein, the thatched property is “the only traditional private house” of the Hitler confidante and war criminal Hermann Göring. In view of the “almost complete loss of the other Göring’s hunting or private houses”, the “former beach house Göring” has a “special time and human history,” it says. Media had previously reported.
However, the brokers do not mention who was the first owner of “Min Lütten” at the seller’s request. Instead, they advertise with the unique location in Wenningstedt – “directly in the dunes with a clear view of the North Sea”.
According to the monument database, the villa is a “testimony of the National Socialist power and intention to represent” and has a “unique selling point”. “An increased documentation and certificate value”. The villa was built “probably on behalf of Emmy Göring” by Sylt architect Otto Heilmann. Emmy Göring was the wife of Hermann Göring. It is said to have sold the house in 1958.

In recent years, the house has been extensively renovated and modernized, said the brokerage company commissioned by the sale. The property combines listed elements with modern technology and exclusive living comfort.
The 200 square meter house is therefore on a 7755 square meter plot of land and offers unobstructed views of the dune landscape and the sea.
Sales price is probably over twelve million euros
For the price it is called “on request”. According to Schleswig-Holstein Zeitungs, twelve million euros were called for the property in 2019, before the renovation and modernization.
