The most awaited return: the Remarkable Bar reopened that transports you to the old Buenos Aires

Regarding the kitchen, they incorporated “state of the art” technology for the preparation of baked goods and, for the refrigerators of the living room, combined a new refrigeration system keeping their original compartments of 1912. For this, restored timber, replaced some frames and doors, and tanned the hinges of yesteryear.

The new Confectionery has the capacity to house more than 350 diners divided into their two plants. Taking into account your magnificent architecture and the sublime gastronomic servicevisiting the Bar is a trip to old Buenos Aires.

The Notable Bar received innumerable national and foreign notable figures at its tables: Jorge Luis Borges, Adolfo Bioy Casares, Juan Domingo Perón, Eva Duarte de Perón, Joan Manuel Serrat, Yoko Ono Y charlie wattsamong others.
