Nearly a week after the emotional memorial service for her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley (1968-2023) on January 23, Priscilla Presley (77) said she was “overwhelmed” by all the words, prayers, love and support she was pouring out had achieved in the past few days.
She wanted to thank her “with all my heart” for this, because it would help her “to get over this loss”. She continues: “Any parent who has lost a daughter or son knows what a dark, arduous journey it is.”

Lisa Marie Presley died of cardiac arrest on January 12 at the age of 54. On January 23, she was buried at the legendary family home, Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee. Relatives, friends and hundreds of fans gathered for a public memorial service full of emotional moments.
