The cabaret prize has been awarded annually by the Localbühne Freistadt since 1995. Four artists will show excerpts from their first or second program on two evenings.
Chrissi Buchmasser won both the jury and the audience ratings. The Styrian prevailed with her program “Braves Kind” against Romeo Kaltenbrunner from Engerwitzdorf, Maria Muhar from Vienna and Lukas Wiesner. As a prize, the Styrian received a performance in Linz organized by the Chamber of Labour.
